Sometimes you find the Hanukkah-gelt-type chocolate foil-wrapped coins in silver.

Hershey's Milk Chocolate Nuggets. The other nugget flavors are in predominantly gold wrappers.

Maybe a stretch--not silver wrapped, not name brand, but widely available in bulk and actually silver: silver Jordan almonds are easily found at Mediterranean grocers (and online).

Most stick gum has a shiny silver wrapper under the JUICY FRUIT or whatever paper wrapper

Ice Cubes used to have a silver and blue wrapper but they've now switched to gold.

Coincidentally, I just saw this morning that Wegman's has a new product on the shelves at some of their stores--Klondike candy! They are small, but in the iconic silver Klondike wrapper.
