Suggestions for Peru tour package

Can anyone recommend reliable, reasonably priced tour operators for a honeymooning couple spending two weeks in Peru?

My wife and I will be having our honeymoon in Peru next year, but due to work we only have two weeks for the entire thing (including flights). We want to make the most of the trip with the least hassle, and are considering a package holiday, but are: a) having difficulty picking one of the hundreds on offer; and b) slightly put off by the prospect of spending a fortnight with a large group of people (this being a honeymoon and both of us being introverts).

Can anyone recommend good, reliable tour operators that will allow us to see the 'best bits' of Peru (Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca, Arequipa, Cusco, etc) at a reasonable price without lumping us in with a group of strangers for the entire fortnight?
