Bass guitar fret work in Triangle, NC

Does anyone know of a guitar tech in the Chapel Hill - Durham - Raleigh NC area who specializes in basses?

I have a ~10 year old Mexican Fender Jazz bass that I keep set up with pretty low action. It plays great, but I think it's time for some fret dressing and maybe a new nut, since I am starting to get some buzzing on the G string (at about the 4th fret). I've been setting the neck relief and bridge height myself for years; that is not the problem, since this issue is only turning up the last few months.

This is rather routine luthier work, but I don't know how to do it, so, I'm off to the shop. Does anyone know of someone in the Chapel Hill - Durham - Raleigh NC area who specializes in basses? Any competent guitar person could probably do this fine, but I'd like to find out if there is anyone around here better than just OK at bass guitar work.

Thanks!
