Is it possible to get CD-Rs pre-printed / silkscreened on the front?

Just blank CD-Rs, but all printed up with silkscreened imagery on the non-laser side?

Sure. A lot of people do this. I've used these guys for small runs before.

I've used TSI for this before and they do a lovely job.
