Where can I find a transcript of a radio interview from April 2010?

Hi, Please could someone tell me the name of an academic who was interviewed on radio in April 2010?

I'm sorry but I can't remember which station it was on. However, I remember that the academic used the term "anti-McCarthy-ist" and also asked if English people should be more like Americans.

Ideally I'd like a transcript of that interview, but if that's not available, it would be good if I could find out which station it was on and also the name of the academic.

Many thanks for any help with this.

Your post is comically light on details. What country were you in when you heard this broadcast?

What country/state/city were you in when you heard this radio broadcast? Do you remember when in April it was? What time of day? What type of show was it? Was it an interview, or a call-in, or the host of a program? Anything about who else was on the show or other topics that were discussed, either by this person or by other people? Basically, there's no way for us to even come close to answering this question without a lot more detail about what you heard.

Did the academic have any type of an accent? The host?

Also--you can't remember the name of the station, but do you know the type of station? Was it an NPR affiliate, for example? Talk radio? News radio? Did the station have a particular political slant? AM or FM?

Response by poster: OK, sorry for the lack of detail. This was on UK radio. I think in the evening. It was before the general election, IIRC.

I also think that the academic may have been from Cambridge University.
