Vericose vein removal specialist in Vegas Baby!

Looking for suggestions of a vericose vein guy in Vegas! Would also appreciate any recommendations of what treatments to get vs. not get.

If it matters, I'm a 35 yo woman, they started when I was 20 and have gotten steadily worse over time. Looking to nip current embarrassing veins in the bud before they get really bad.

Do not go for vein-stripping, unless you want to be on warfarin the rest of your life.

I had Sclerotherapy performed on my vericose veins, with injections of Tromboject. This is where they inject a solution into the offending veins with a needle. A little stinging when injecting, a little bruising afterward which fade over time.... Had to wear medical support stockings for a while, but recovery period wasn't bad at all. It was expensive though (stockings were covered by my work's health insurance, but not much else). I had 3 mean veins to kill - one that was protruding. The therapy worked very well and got rid of my discomfort. I recommend this route.
