So, I met this chap in the Bahamas...

Can you help me identify this pigeon? Seen on Paradise Island, the Bahamas.

Photo: pigeon with ruff. A Jacobin? A fancy pigeon? He was quite amiable. I had him feeding from my hand within an hour of arriving. The locals said he was an uncommon "crowned pigeon" but that doesn't seem to fit.

Response by poster: obol nailed it. Thanks! He looked very much like this specimen, except the eyes were strange. The right eye had the white ring and the left eye was all black.
