jon secada falling in a hole

Been looking for this video for a while My wife several years ago saw an episode of Oprah where Jon Secada was on. They were reviewing a video of where Jon was singing and ended up falling in a hole. I would love to find the video because it cracks her up to watch. Can anyone find a link?

Assuming that cecic's link above is the incident in question (World Cup '94 opening ceremonies) here's a link that explains what happened. He didn't fall in the hole, he was just supposed to be lifted out of it form under the stage, and there was a mechanical failure, so he had to crawl out.

I couldn't tell if you were looking for this or the Oprah video, though. Can't seem to find the Oprah clip.
