From One of the Best Albums Ever

What 70s song sounds like On Some Faraway Beach by Brian Eno? I know there's one out there that has the same melody as occurs at the beginning of the song.

Fairly certain that Seger "borrowed" the melody from Eno, not the other way around. Off to google, but not sure there will be reputable sources on this.

I'm probably wrong as hell, but Eno's release was in 1974, and Seger's in 1978.
