Calendar app for external scheduling

Need a calendar/schedule app for an upcoming conference.

Our company has a conference coming up in Barcelona. We want our customers to be able to schedule time to talk with our executives. Is there any non-awful app where users can schedule time with a specific person (who has already defined their availability)? Executives say a Google Doc is not sexy enough, executive assistants aren't appropriate for some reason and our MS Exchange is not able to do this externally. Any suggestions on calendar/scheduling apps?

Google Calendar allows "appointment slots". Your executives would set up the slot. Your customers can schedule from a link that you get after you make appointment slots. I'm not sure if it's possible to see multiple people's appointment slots at the same time (or if you even need that feature).
