A really really long pillow

Where can a bolster, traversin or other similar long, full bed width, pillow be obtained in Australia?
A while ago my partner and I were on holiday in France. At one place we stayed there was a long single pillow that went across the whole width of the bed and both our heads went on it.
It was something of a revelation to us -- no more gap! It was really great and we don't know why more people don't use these things.
So we are now in Australia and looking for one. It needs to be of a small enough diameter that it can be used as the pillow, not as a support for other pillows or the body hugging thing done in SE Asian countries. I need to be able to get it to a moderately remote town in WA. It seems to be basically unheard of in Australia.
Any ideas?

Google "body pillow" and narrow results to Australia and it gives you plenty of online and delivery options.

I'm not sure that you want a body pillow, usually those are thicker and might be uncomfortable on your neck.

I have a Target (US) body pillow, and it is pretty much exactly as you described -- a normal pillow, but long, for what it's worth. It is not overly thick or anything. However, I think radioamy has a point that it is likely difficult to buy any pillow over the internet, without assuming some possible returns if it doesn't suit.

FYI, guys, a bolster pillow and a body pillow aren't quite the same; a body pillow is more of a long "standard" pillow, whereas a bolster pillow is usually long and round or square on the ends. In the U.S., Bed Bath & Beyond apparently has a number of them, and I found many more searching for "buy bolster pillow." I bet if you searched for something like "buy bolster pillow Australia" you might find some useful results.

Although for some reason, a lot of body pillows on Amazon are labeled as bolster pillows. So FYI for searching; not sure whether Amazon ships to Australia, but that might be an option.
