Does your business or organization use NeonCRM? How do you like it?

My small non-profit is looking into NeonCRM to bring together our database, communications, fundraising and donor management. It seems like a great idea - but I'm wondering if anyone can give us their experience with using it. How's the interface? Is it truly as robust as advertised? All info welcome! Thanks!

There's a 30-day trial. There's also a list of organizations using it, maybe you could find someone at some of them to bounce your questions off of.
