Burlesque training in South-East England: where and how much?

How much training is required in order to become a credible burlesque performer?

You are an actor with some dance ability, enough that you most frequently find yourself cast in dance projects, but you are not a dancer. You want to reinvent yourself as a burlesque performer. How much training will this take, and where in South-East England (London, Home Counties, maybe Reading/Slough/Oxford or somewhere in Cambridge) could you get this training?

I know a dance teacher who lives in London and recently won 2nd place in the World Burlesque Games. MeMail me and we'll talk.

The woman that runs Burlesque 411 seems pretty plugged into the burlesque scene so she might be able to direct you to London resources to learn.
