Is there a neat way to find out about current world music charts in different styles of music, like, say, Indian Hip-Hop?

Depending on your time zone, you may be able to catch Station to Station on CBC Radio. There's no podcast or archive, but you can listen online in Windows Media Player or Ogg Vorbis (which you could probably streamrip without much trouble.) Other radio stations probably have similar shows, too.

That's a tough one; Billboard's international charts might help, but they're subscriber only online. You can probably get them in any good public library, though. Charts All Over the World might help, too.
