Storm the Bastille and help me find a French music video from the 80's--

It was probably on Euro MTV at best, and i think it won an award. Its novel feature is dancing dogs: dogs in a room-like box that moves so the dogs bob and wobble. The camera is synced to the room so the dogs appear to be getting down to the beat. Help me find my dogs?

and it would be nice if it was not a windows media player clip
it's not as easy to find as the talking penis which i am missing as well.
And i didn't even get to french it up
