What are some examples of movies, tv shows, or music videos that use the "high production value/low production value" trope like in this Coldplay video?

"Christmas Lights"

It's a play on the Baroque era of theatre, and it comes up all the time.
Some other examples I can think of are Finding Neverland, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, The Adventures of Baron Munchausen, and the video for Bjork's Bachelorette.
Know of any others?

FWIW, the "Tonight, Tonight" video was shamelessly lifted straight from the 1902 silent movie "A Trip to the Moon."

Modest Mouse Float On video is like that.
Also you might want to look into the work of the movie and video director Michel Gondry.
