Easiest way to pull contacts off of a Blackberry Bold and onto an iPhone 4S?

I have a Blackberry bold and want to pull my contacts off of it and onto my iPhone, ideally as painlessly as possible.

Caveats: I do not have access to windows. I only have Mac. If I HAVE to get access to a windows PC I probably could but it'd be a pain, so I'd like to avoid it.

If any other info would help, let me know. Thanks!

I set up the Google synch tool and ran it. that backed it up to gmail and then I set my iphone up to synch with gmail for my contacts, email and calendar services.

It only took 1 extra program. What to watch out for is the Verizon backup program they will try to run on you, or Facebook. They have a bad habit, for me, of duplicating contacts.

slavlin's plan is exactly what I watched my husband do for my bold to iPhone transition last weekend!

The way my wife did this was to have her Blackberry Bold with her when we bought our iPhones at the Apple Store and they pulled all the contacts off very painlessly. I bet you could set up an appointment and get it done.
