Housecleaning services in Eugene, OR

I am attempting to help a friend research housecleaning services. The problem is, I have never actually hired a maid, and they live in a different state, making any calling for estimates long distance for me.
The details:
My friend lives in Eugene, Oregon. The house is about 1000 square feet according to zillow.com. It’s two bedroom, one bathroom. The floors are carpeted everywhere but the kitchen and bathroom. They have cats, plural. The place possibly has some mold, but only a little.
They’re interested in a one time deep/spring cleaning, and don’t have a lot of money to put toward it. We have already gone through servicemagic.com.
Does anybody here have any specific businesses that would be good to contact?

If part of the issue is the long-distance calling...can you borrow the cell phone of a friend who has a national plan? I'd forgotten long-distance charges even existed. I know I for one would be willing to loan my phone to a friend for an hour or two to make a bunch of calls if they were still getting charged for long distance.

You can use skype, which is $30 a year for national long distance. Also, if you don't live in the area and don't know the businesses, I'm not sure how you can help out much.
Unless a Eugene mefite chimes in here with rave reviews about a cheap house cleaning company, there's not much help we can give you.
If you have a gmail account, you can make free calls to the states if you have the phone service enabled. It will show up as a phone icon in gmail in your contacts section.
Also, if they don't have the money, then doing it themselves is going to be the best option.

As someone who has provided "deep/spring cleaning," your friend should expect to pay $200. For this amount, they should expect all mirrors and windows washed, thorough vacuuming of any carpets including baseboards, mopping/waxing of tile/linoleum floors, cupboard fronts cleaned, thorough sanitizing of the following: kitchen sink, counters, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove and oven plus bathroom sink, tub/shower, countertops; any food on site disposed of, vacuuming/cleaning of living and dining room furniture and "high dusting."
