Sexy-time in the Big Apple.

Reminded of that Opie and Anthony stunt severeal years ago...We've been playing a game coming up with what we think would be the most exciting/dangerous/easiest/etc. places to have sex in 'public' in New York City. Help me come up with the winning ideas... Reasons for why it's dangerous/easy/exciting/amazing/practically impossible are appreciated.

Didn't those people get arrested and o and a taken off the air? There's a major reason: illegality.

Top of the Empire State Bldg? Impossible because they're constantly surveilling the entire area to make sure nobody tries to jump off.

Or, the middle of the ice rink at Rockefeller Center?

I once came upon (pun intended) a couple shagging in the back of a parked pickup truck on 17th St between 2nd and 3rd.

I believe a couple at St. Patrick's is the reason the show got pulled in the end. I think the "wow" factor on that one is obvious.

On top of a moving subway car.

At the very tip of the Lady Liberty's torch; Precarious!

Just do it in an alley near Times Square and pretend it's the 1980's and NYC is still cool.

Top of one of the Brooklyn bridge stanchions. Last I looked, there was still one gate on the giant cables that go up to the top. But it might be impossible to get up there without being arrested as a terrorism suspect in this day and age.

Right outside the window behind the Good Morning America anchor desk. Practically impossible because 1) you would have to get up super early to get such a primo spot before the tourists get there and 2) no way you could stay focused on the deed with George Stephanopoulos watching.

So being a fan of responsible sexy times, I would like to add a criteria that the location must not necessitate other people knowingly witnessing the sex. The thrill of potentially getting caught is one thing, but getting off on someone else being involved in your sex act without their consent is kinda a jerk thing to do.

OK, now seeing as how Audrey Hepburn is my favorite actress, can I suggest some early AM action near the 5th Ave Tiffany's?

In a sleeping bag on the sidewalk. Duh.

You could always try it in the place that got Opie and Anthony fired, back in 2002 : St. Patrick's Cathedral, 14 E 51st Street.

I've recently been informed that High Line Park is prime viewing space for folks looking for a naughty peek into the Standard Hotel windows. This is probably the easiest way to get in some "public" sex while still being more or less "private".

Staten Island Ferry. Even if you don't get caught, think of the cold.

Rooftops! Fire escapes! Any place with a prime view and potential to also be viewed (accidentally and mostly unobtrusively) are exciting. Speaking of views, down by the shore of the East river at the Brooklyn Bridge park after hours has always intrigued me. On top of a trestle of Brooklyn Bridge. On an empty car Q train on the Brooklyn Bridge. In the middle of traffic on the Brooklyn Bridge.

This is more of a spring/summer question methinks.

Boners don't like the cold.
