Help find a refi

I'm looking for a good mortgage/refi broker in Madison, WI.

My wife and I have been attempting to refi with Chase. Chase owns our mortgage now, and it seemed like a slam dunk to go with them for the refi, for a bunch of reasons.

However, they've rescheduled the closing 9 times now over three weeks for this, that and some other reasons that aren't our fault. I'm tired of being jerked around on this. I'm spending half a million dollars here - they need to get their shit together.

So - does anyone have a good broker in the South Central area of WI they could recommend ?

Best answer: Do you have a real estate agent you can trust, even if you haven't worked with them in several years? Ask them. (I'm local but can't think of anyone off the top of my head who might have a recommendation.)
