Where to buy this pixelated hoodie?

I really want to buy a particular pixelated hoodie. Does anyone know where to find it?

It's worn by one of the contestants on this season of Project Runway (that's where the linked picture is from), but I've seen people in real life wearing it, too. My google searches for "pixel hoodie" were getting me nowhere -- does anyone have any ideas?

Best answer: It's H & M. It was on ebay a month ago.

This woman was wearing it last Christmas, she also says it's H &M.

Oh damn, I really wanted to buy that when it was in the store. Definitely H&M from last winter. I think I even tried on a pair of leggings in a similar pattern.
