Where can I find the best fresh wild mushroom ravioli (at a restaurant) in Chicago? And the best Sardinian food?

trattoria number 9 at 10 north dearborn had something like that on the menu the last time i ate there, about a month ago.

Fork in Lincoln Square (northwest corner of Lincoln and Wilson) has really good mushroom gnocchi.
