Finding your Friend in Lego Universe

My kids are having trouble meeting up in Lego Universe.

My kids would like to play together in Lego Universe, but are having trouble finding each other in the game. The Lego forums said to use "move to friend" (or some similar wording) in the Map, but they have tried that many times without success. Any other ideas of what they might try? Or is there something non-obvious about the "move to friend" feature that we might be missing?

Response by poster: Maybe I should be clearer: we think they are ending up on different servers or instances of the game, because they can be in the same place and not able to see each other, while seeing a different set of other players. The forums said that the "move to friend" feature would solve this problem, but so far for my boys, it hasn't.

In the patching program for Lego Universe, you can select the server you login to. They're likely set to two different ones. Have them pick the same one and they should be able to each other.
