Looking for short cave canoeing tours in Phuket

Are there any tour operators in Phuket who do half-day cave canoeing trips?

My husband and I are visiting Phuket in November, and I would like to take a cave canoe trip.

The problem is that every tour operator we've found via Googling seems to have the same itinerary- pickup early in the morning, visit two or three islands, lunch, swimming in the afternoon then a transfer back to your hotel at 4.30 or 5pm. My husband is baulking at sinking seven or eight hours into a single activity when our time in the city is very brief.

Are there any tour operators that simply do the morning part of this itinerary, and skip the swimming in the afternoon? Our maximum is four and a half hours. We have no preference as to whether a meal is included, or whether we need to self-paddle.

Try calling or emailing a few places. Or wait until you're there in person, since it can be easier to communicate non-standard needs in person. It's likely something you can get done, although you might end up spending more (and maybe a lot more) if they need to run a boat just for you vs a larger group, depending on the setup.
