Best answer: Depends on what you mean by "cameo?"

Did he actually appear in the video? No.

Did they doctor news footage of him to make him "Walk like an Egyptian?" Yes. (Ghadaffi was an en vogue villain around the time that record was out, before receding into the background for 20 years.)
