How to disable font style copy n' paste

Is it possible to disable copying and pasting of font styles in OSX?

I'd like to shoot the person who thought it'd be good idea institute the font/size/color copy/paste as the new standard .

Is there a way to disable this in OSX?

I love that there's a keyboard shortcut for this, command + shift + V. I wish I could say the same about Windows.

There is no need to a third party application. Just configure the keyboard shortcut; as mentioned in the thread that curse mentioned.
