I want my worm early!

Where/how can I get myself some pig whipworm eggs?
I seem to just be coming out of ulcerative colitis remission (it seems to happen once a year or so) and I'd really like to try this apparently effective (but totally nasty!) treatment. But without, y'know, eating pig poop or something like that.

Just make sure you get pig whipworms, not human whipworms. Trichuris trichiura, the human version, is known to cause rectal prolapse, which is almost as disgusting as it sounds.

Huh, I've had UC for years and hadn't heard of this. However, I have heard aloe vera is another good alterna-remedy. You might want to google around for that as it sounds a bit more pleasant. Me, I'm content with popping meds.

For future reference, the Crohn's and colitis newsgroup is a good place to look for this sort of information.
