Recommendations for hair care products for sensitive skin?

I am a woman with very sensitive skin. I have long, thick hair and am looking for a heat-styling product that won't irritate my skin. Got any recommendations?
I have super-sensitive skin and most scented products make my itchy and red. I hadn't worn my hair down for a while, and last night I used Biosilk Silk Therapy before blowdrying...cut to 8 hours later when I woke up at 4am to my neck and shoulders being itchy, red and inflamed. I need a new product!
If you have sensitive skin, what do you use as a heat-protection hair product?

I have really sensitive skin (allergic eczema/dermatitis), and I've had good luck with the brand Giovanni. I've tried both the hairspray and frizz serum to no ill effect. My issues are more around the chemicals in hair products rather than their scents though.
I know that the Free & Clear brand is totally unscented, but I don't know if they offer anything beyond basic shampoo/conditioner/gel.
Have you experimented with oils at all? Jojoba and vitamin e oil can both be used (sparingly) on damp hair.

My skin is super-sensitive, too, and I've found argan oil (the main ingredient in Moroccan Oil) causes no problems at all. My understanding is that it's not intended as a styling product, though, just as a heat protectant. I find it makes my hair nice and bouncy and shiny, nonetheless.

Take a look at the Environmental Working Group cosmetics database. Products are rated according to the damage they are expected to incur and you can browse or search various menu categories, such as Hair | Styling Gel or Lotion.

I have a small sample bottle of this from my Birchbox this month - if you want to try argan oil memail me your address and I'll send it to you. (It does have some fragrance in it, so not sure if it'll work for you or not, but I won't use it myself so no loss if you want to try.)

Response by poster: I was at the grocery store yesterday and saw Giovanni products in the "natural" aisle. Picked up their straightening product...going to try once my skin calms down. Will report back!
ella wren - thank you very much for the offer, but the ingredient "fragrance" is usually what gets me
