Verizon Customer Service Salaries

how much to the people who work at a verizon phone store doing customer service make?

I have a job opening and the guy who helped me at the local verizon store yesterday seems like a good candidate for my job. I'd like to invite him to apply, but I was wondering what that kind of job pays. I'd like to know if my offer would be competitive.

It depends on location and experience. Glassdoor.com estimates Customer Service salaries at $21-57,000 (average $34,000) and Retail Sales at $12-63,000 (average $31,000).

You could just ask him. I'd be more flattered that somebody thought I was worthy of recruiting than upset that upon further conversation, I was making more at Verizon. However, since this is a retail store and I assume he was not a manager, I can't see him making more than $8-12 an hour pus commissions on sales.
