Name that Creepy Short Film

Name that Creepy Short Film: A woman starts to pull a hair out of a sink...

The hair is really long and ends up pulling a baby out of the sink with it. The woman puts the baby in a bathtub, it swells to man-size, is covered with hair, she shaves it, it wakes up, and they kiss, but she feels a hair on his back and starts to pull it... FIN.

Any idea who did this or what it is called? Is there an online version anywhere?

Wow, I can't remember the name either, but I think the filmmaker was at one time a student at the School of Fine Arts at Canterbury University in New Zealand.

I know for certain that Bill DeFriez of the film department there knows, as he has a copy. If no-one here can answer, his email address is on the staff page of the department website.
