Please help identify this movie and, of course, I can barely remember the details.

Almost every relevant detail of this movie escapes me. What stood out is one of the last scenes. For some reason, one of the central female characters *has* to perform in an orgy at what is presumably a sex club for wealthy men. I am almost positive a two sided dildo used anally between the female character and another woman. She is most certainly coked out at this point. The scene is in slow motion.

I think drugs are central to the overall theme of the movie, that this is an early film of a now famous actor, and that there is a KIDS vibe, but it's not KIDS. I also keep conflating details with Taken.

I watched it with my mother as a teenager. This scene was awkward.
