Japanese Girl Gangs in a Music Video

Music Video ID. A year ago I saw a youtube video from Japan. Two girls, rock-ish, rap-ish? They were each leading a gang, one dressed like circa-Thriller MJ, the other gang dressed like a metal punks. I think they had a dance battle on a pier.

Much love to anyone who can help me find this.
