What movie takes place at/has a line mentioning Chester, Wisconsin University... "Chez Whiz U?"

Googling leads me to think that this was just a one-liner in some movie that would have been run heavily on Comedy Central during a circa-2000 summer and not the setting of the movie. PCU? Back to School? It rings a bell for all of my film buff friends, but no one knows, and googling hasn't helped.

While PCU is set at fictional Port Chester University, random Googling turns up this gem: Step by Step season 4 episode 2: College Bound -- Dana (and later Cody) enroll in East Wisconsin University (Cheese Whiz U.) On a random diet message board, someone even recalled the "Cheez Whiz U" episode.
