Can you help me find this article?

Last year I read an article online - I think in one of the quality US dailies - about how a significant number of babies die each year by being accidentally left in the back seat of cars while their parents ran errands. The point was that people are capable of remarkable, unintentional absentmindedness.
Google has failed me in my attempts to find it - does anyone recall it/have a link?
Best answer: There was also an interesting discussion about the piece here on Metafilter btw.

Best answer: Washington Post magazine had two big pieces about this, both by Weingarten.

An unforgettable article and discussion for those of us who caught it the first time around. I think much of Metafilter was deeply shaken by it.
