Swap a Car Lease?

Taking over a car lease- My fiance and I are wanting to take over a car lease. We have searched under leasetrader.com and swapalease.com, but there aren't many options in our area. Are there other websites you know of? Thank you!

I've seen people trying to get rid of leased vehicles on Craigslist.
