Plaintext for Android?

I'm looking for a plain text editor for my Android phone that a) is free; b) does Dropbox syncing; c) can handle folders like what Plaintext for iOS does. Are there any apps that meet all three requirements?

The dropbox app will let you create text files. Menu> New> Text File.

Simplenote?

You have andriod apps, synching via cloud and is very reliable! Take a look at the free android notes under "Mobile" section of the SimpleNotes site here
