Where to register a .rs domain?

Where should I register my .rs domain, so I don't get ripped off?

I'm an American citizen with looking to register a domain in the Republic of Serbia.

I have no contacts in the country, and I'm not doing business there: I just want the domain for naming purposes. For instance, one might (I am not) register the domain metafilte.rs.

Has anyone ever registered a .rs? I have found a few international registrars, but I don't know if any of them are reputable, and I don't want to lose my money or have the domain hijacked.

The English RNIDS site lists registrars. You should also be aware of the terms and conditions. It seems you don't have to be resident and the TLD has been used for foreign domain hacks before.
