Online anxiety workshops?

What are some good online modules for anxiety?
I'm diagnosed with anxiety disorder but am not currently in any type of treatment. It's gotten especially bad thanks to a new relationship that is going fine, but I am constantly having irrational worries and panic about. These worries are probably not known by my partner, as I am good at hiding it, but the thoughts are interfering in my daily life. I know I need to get back into therapy, but I know I won't be seen for weeks at the soonest. In the meantime, I would like to access online modules to help me cope. I've already started Moodgym again so ones other than that. Free is best, but I'd be willing to pay a small amount for something good and not scammy. I'm a US woman in my late 20's.

Have you seen LivingLifeToTheFull.com, from this post? "It takes you through a course of small modules which help you to identify unhelpful thoughts and feelings and use simple forms to analyse and develop new ways of thinking using the well-known CBT method." Sounds like it might be a good match for you.

E-Couch is similar to Mood Gym (produced by the same university) but the modules are different and include more multimedia content.
