English to Chinese Translation Ap

Recommendations for best English - Chinese dictionary or translator apps for iphone, or best electronic or paper dictionaries?

This is for a complete non-speaker of Chinese. Just for short travel. What would be the best help in getting around, not too costly, and not too time consuming.

Pleco is available for the iPhone now; great dictionary.
