English - Chinese electronic dictionaries

I'm looking for an electronic dictionary to help out when visiting Taiwan. I've found reviews of Japanese models but not much for Chinese ones. Can anyone recommend somewhere that will help, or perhaps a particular brand or model to go for?

My aunt has an insta-dict Oxford that can translate and speak whole sentences. They're very expensive, but hers never did die - she just kept plugging in batteries and it's lasting years and years. (10? I lost count)

The Oxford Insta-dicts have very clear and decent grammatical structures and displays traditional script, which I believe they still use in Taiwan. The audio is also understandable.

But it is top of the line and it'd run you two to three hundred bucks depending on the model.
