Where can I find this over the top jacket that Hugo Chavez likes to sport?

I would love to find this jacket (ideally in a medium) and buy the hell out of it, but have no idea where to look or find it. The hivemind's help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you can get it from PUMA. Maybe it's a National soccer team jacket?

Response by poster: Looks like it's called "la chaqueta tricolor" (the three colored jacket). Still can't find a place to buy it though, except for a really sketchy looking mercadolibre post in Venezuela...

Assume you've done this, and so did I - eBay search turned up just t-shirts, but nothing in the colors/styles.
