Can you identify any of these >1 second clips from the late 70's or early 80's?
I am someone who prides myself on being able to identify things based on less then a moment of viewing. But since these are likely things from syndicated television that aired before I was born and something that was likely a commercial I have always wondered about these since I was a kid.
The clip in question is the first couple seconds of the intro to KPTV's Portlands long running cartoon show, Ramblin Rod.
I know this is far fetched at best, but can anyone identify any of the clips used on the television in the first couple seconds of this? It has always bugged me since I was a wee one.

The balding guy in the suit is Det. Dennis Becker (played by Joe Santos) from The Rockford Files.
