?Como se-dice "ye-ye"?

What is the Spanish equivalent to ye-ye?

I am currently learning Spanish, and have concurrently fallen in love (once again!) with Godard's 1960s movies and ye-ye music. Listening to music with Spanish lyrics (like Los Tigres Del Norte) has been helping me to learn the language. Would there be a way I could blend my interest in expanding my knowledge of Spanish with my love of smooth-voiced 1960s teen singers and bossa nova? Bonus points if any suggested vocalists are on eMusic.

How about some 60s Raphael? Or maybe Los Yakis? Or Los matemáticos? Mayte Gaos?

I am very partial to Jeanette, but I don't think she's all that yeyé. Enjoy.
