monitor color adjustment

i want to adjust the color of my monitor dvds people appear blueish and navigateing the monitor is apain in the butt i would prefer a convinent program to manage colors any suggestions ?
Response by poster: windows 7 and its a widescreen hanspree i was able to adj with the nvidia controllpanel b utnow color for evereything else is fubared

Can you try setting the monitor back to its default settings?
