Working under yellow vs white lights

Are there any major differences between working / learning under white versus yellow lightbulbs?

Vidur has the right idea. The color temperature of natural sunlight is different from typical incandescent and fluorescent light bulbs, and some research indicates that people function best (are less depressed, more efficient, learn better, etc.) in natural light.

hit post too soon. Meant to say that LEED and other green building standards are promoting natural light due to the body of evidence suggesting the benefits. Here's one article: Advantages of Natural Light in Manufacturing Facilities
