Farm Animal Drug Smuggling Movie?

What is this movie? (Involves smuggling drugs via farm animals)

I saw this movie a long, long time ago, so I'm not sure exactly on the details. I recall that some drug (cocaine or heroin probably) was being smuggled (I think from Mexico) inside of condoms/balloons, which were hidden inside the, uh ... personal regions of farm animals (cows or horses). I do remember that this movie was hilarious, but then again, I was about 13 when I saw it. Any ideas?

There was a scene in the movie Blood Diamond about diamonds being smuggled in wounds cut into mountain goats. Not sure if that's what you are thinking of, though. It takes place in Africa.

Response by poster: No, that's way too recent. I'd say 2005 at the very latest. Maybe I just imagined this.

FWIW, there was an episode of Law & Order Criminal Intent in which drugs were smuggled in the uterus' of racing horses. Probably later than 2005, and I don't think you would have remembered it as a comedy.
