Any creative ways to use an old moleskine daily planner?

I'm looking for ideas on how to use an old Moleskine 2006 Daily planner.
In 2006, in an effort to be more productive, I bought a Moleskine daily planner. Unfortunately, I practically never used it except for the first few days I owned it. I remember being super enthusiastic and dreaming about all the stuff I'll get done, but I didn't, and now it's 2010 and I have this Moleskine book and wondering what to use it for.
If you're not too familiar with the Moleskine planners, they're just like regular Moleskine journals but each page has the day of the week and the date, and it has the hours from 8 am to 8 pm on the left edge. The book is also really thick, thicker than a regular Moleskine journal, so carrying it around in my pants is practically impractical.
I already regularly use a Moleskine, so the obvious answer would be to use it like I regularly do, but I'm putting this question out there to see what kind of creative things other people might do with an old planner.

Fill it full of obscure ramblings, random numbers and conspiracy theories and then leave it somewhere and film the finder's reaction.

It will be "correct" again in 2017, according to http://www.hermetic.ch/cal_sw/idcal/idcal.php.
Use it to create a fictional future of what you would be doing in that year.
Or a projected future of what you would like to be doing in that year.

Keep it until 2017 when the dates will match up again.

Use it as a sketchpad.

Do a mini-collage a day for a year.

Best answer: Live a secret 2006; every day in the new year, think of what the alternate universe you might be doing. Feel free to add hot sex, car chases, alien invaders, zombies, whatever you like. At the end of the year, send it to a publisher and make a bajillion dollars!
