Milosz's "Miguel Manara" in English?

Where can I get a copy of Milosz's "Miguel Manara" in English (UK) for a decent price?
ObscureBookFilter: Looking for an English translation of Miguel Mañara. Mystère en six tableaux" by Oscar Vladislas de Lubicz Milosz / Oskaras Milašius.
I've tried Amazon, but they only have French and Spanish translations.
It doesn't help that the fellow was "French-Lithuanian", wrote in French, and the book I want is most popular in Spanish...
Ideally would like it affordable ;)

Sorry KMH, it seems that I rushed with abebooks (again, French and Spanish editions there). I am not even sure a translation into English exists by now.
