Buying fireworks off-season in Texas (specifically Dallas-Ft.Worth area)?

All the regular outlets are closed except around Jan1/Jul4. We need to film some fountains and similar sparkly pyro as elements for a project. Thanks.

The stands are closed due to state law. You'll have to find them somewhere else.

According to this site, New Mexico doesn't restrict firework sales by date. Also, you can buy sparklers in Arkansas year round.

You can still buy sparklers in Texas, as they're "novelty items." Try buysparklers.com out of San Antonio.
