Best July 4th fireworks display in the Bay Area?

Pretty self-explanatory. This is the first year I'll be in town (San Jose) for July 4th...I'd like to go to SF, but from what I've heard, heavy fog is the forecast for Monday, which I'd ideally like to avoid. Thank you in advance for any recommendations!

Yes, SF looks like it will be full of fog tonight. Unless you like to see glowing clouds I'd avoid it.

The SF Chron has a list of fireworks in the Bay Area.

I've heard that watching the fireworks from Treasure Island is amazing. You get a perfect view of SF displays and east bay displays as well.

Traditionally, my favorite in the south bay has been the display at De Anza College. This year, however, that display has been moved to Cupertino High School. People are being directed to park at the Vallco mall parking lots (exit I-280 at Wolfe Rd) and walk to the viewing areas.

The Great America amusement park in Santa Clara also puts on a large display.
